My Approach

When you work with me 1-on-1, we will design a plan together that will empower you to adopt healthy habits gradually and ingrain them into your life so they last (and so you can eventually do them habitually on your own)!
Your health will always come first, and I always encourage working at a sustainable pace that boosts confidence and builds long-term habits. Because your long-term health is a focal point, we work on creating achievable action steps that you can safely and confidently work on each week.

Monthly Client
Ongoing Monthly Coaching
- Initial Intake Form + 60-90 Min Follow-up Call
- Weekly Check-ins
- Monthly 60 Min Focus Calls
- 24 Hour Response Time for All Inquiries Between Check-ins
- Updated Monthly Goals/Action Steps
- Extra Calls Available as Needed
Pricing
*1st month’s installment due at time of first meeting.
3 months: $180 or 3 installments of $60
6 months: $330 or 6 installments of $55 or 2 installments of $165
12 months: $600 or 12 installments of $50, 4 installments of $150, or 2 installments of $300
-Extra 30 min calls $30 for current clients.
**Because I believe in sustainable success and the strength in building habits gradually, I recommend clients consider signing on for a minimum of 6 months.
